Quick. Pretty. Compatible. Plays Windows 98 games XP won't. Apple, beware!!!

Impressive performance as compared with any of the previous Windows versions
Cons:
Incompatible programs and drivers can damage Windows 7 to a point of requiring reinstallation
The Bottom Line:
I would highly recommend Windows 7 to anyone who computer savvy enough to install and configure the thing. Be sure to disconnect your storage hard drive during installation

Upgrade from XP is impossible without special tools Relatively expensive
