Wonderfully quiet for a portable unit. Beautiful appearance. Plasmacluster ion technology. Water evaporation system.
Cons:
Heavy! Programming by remote control only. Window vent not versatile enough for modern window designs.
The Bottom Line:
Plasmacluster ion technology together with quiet operation... both are rare to find in a portable air conditioner.

Cons:
Bad and non existing service and warranty, my unit had short life span
